Cancellation Policy
We do our best to accommodate all clients and kindly ask that you respect our time and our cancellation policy. Providing notice allows us to offer appointments to others who may be waiting for care.
A minimum of 2 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours' notice may incur a fee.
Missed appointments will incur the full appointment fee.
Any missed appointment fees must be paid before another appointment can be made.
